It has been the Battenberg’s goal to empower as many women across the country as possible. P.O.W.E.R. (Powerful Options with Efficient Results) is a course created by the Battenbergs to teach women how to arm themselves with effective self-defense skills. You cannot control fear, but you can control how you react to fear. This is emphasized throughout the course and is offered to girls and women in the community.
